"It was a nice experience. I called the company earlier in the day to receive a quote on a new vehicle. The quote was fair and it was conveniently emailed to me with options including all types of coverage offered. Everyone in the front office is very attentive, friendly and helpful. I didn't have to wait long to speak with a representative and he handled my opening of a policy very quickly. He also fixed a spelling issue that was on my policy and he did this all so fast and in a polite way. He also shared the valuable information of what could be done at their drive thru window to save me time in the future!"
